Notes
Probate
His will was written 26 June 1830.Beloved wife Anna, son Solomon Lathrop, daughter Betsy Andrews, and there is a trust for the benefit of the family of son Edward Lathrop for the rest of his natural life managed by Samuel Lathrop and Aaron Day. The will goes on further with mention of two of the sons of son Edward.
The son Edward apparently is intemperate and has other problems which are addressed in the will so it is worth going over.
