Case number 36518In his will written 31 July 1843 (probate 1846), William Livermore makes the following bequests: beloved wife Betsey receives all the household furniture, two cows, $800, and one-fourth part of the income form the produce of the homestead farm. There are several other specific provisions for her maintenance. Son Daniel receives the rest of the livestock, farming tools, and homestead farm which he is to cultivate and improve in a good husband-like manner. Son Nathaniel receives all the wearing apparel. The rest of the estate goes equally to daughter Catherine, sons William and Nathaniel, and daughter Betsey the wife of Charles Prescott. Son William is the sole executor. The total value of the estate was $9,125,38 with $5,075 value to the real estate.
