There are two land transfer records for a William Stone in Woodbridge. In 1690, he acquired 10 acres from John Pike. In 1696, he acquired 6 acres from Abraham Adams of Newbury, Massachusetts which was land that was granted to Abraham's deceased brother John Adams of Woodbridge. Death
There is an entry in the New Jersey Calendar of Wills for a William Ston, but just the inventory, date 12 March 1702/3. This could be him since I have found only three children for him, the last one in 1700.Endnotes
