In his will, Sampson Powers made the following bequests: beloved wife Elizabeth receives improvements on one-third part of the real estate; daughter Mary A. Willoby receives $2; wearing apparel to be equally divided among his sons; the remainder of the estate goes to daughter Ursula. Jesse Worcester of Hollis is named executor.
