Case Number 9236; will written 5 September 1823In his will written 5 September 1823, Isaac Farnum has token bequests of one dollar each to his daughters that complete their portions: daughter Sally the wife of Timothy Osgood; daughter Susannah wife of Dr. Daniel Berry; and Charlotte wife of Henry P. Oxnard. Daughters Mary and Martha (who are unmarried) receive real estate, the west end of the house, use of garden, barn, and pasture, and a third of the pew in the meeting house. Son Isaac receives the remainder of the estate and is named executor.
