In his will, Ralph Vinton notes that he has provided nine hundred dollars to his daughter Jemima Robinson wife of Ezekiel Robinson which is in the hands of trustees for her support. After Jemima's decease any remaining part of the nine hundred dollars is to be divided between Jemima's two sons, one-third to Jefferson Putney and two-thirds to Andrew Putney. Three of his grandchildren receive three hundred dollars each: Nancy Bacon wife of Charles Bacon, Rebecca Haskell wife of John Haskell, and Elmira Corbin wife of Joshua Corbin. Daughter Polly Dyer wife of Winthrop Dyer receives nine hundred dollars, but her legacy is in the form of notes that Winthrop and Polly owe to Ralph that total nine hundred dollars. Grandchild Jeremiah Sabin receives one dollar only as he has already received his portion from the estate. Beloved daughters Bathsheba Havens and Rebecca Lyon receive no further bequest as they have received their portions through deed of real estate. Son Calvin Vinton receives all the outdoor moveables such as farm equipment and stock, and he receives no more as he has already received his portion through deed of real estate. The remainder and residue of his estate goes to his three grandchildren who are the children of his daughter Chloe, Nancy Bacon, Rebecca Haskell, and Elmira Corbin. John Haskell is named executor.
