Probate
In his will written 19 August 1807 (proved 5 February 1811), Amos Perrin made the following bequests. Beloved wife Jemima receives the use and improvement of all indoor moveables and real estate during her natural life. Son Abel receives $334.34 to be paid to him one year after the decease of his mother. Sons Oliver, Thomas, and Amos receive all the rest of the estate to be divided equally, this bequest to be fulfilled following the death of their mother. Wife Jemima was named sole executor.
