Will
In his will, Francis G. Chaffee bequeaths to beloved wife Dorcas the use and improvement on one-third part of the estate. Beloved son Benjamin receives a double portion of the real estate. Beloved daughter Dorcas receives one share in the real estate as does beloved daughter Frances and beloved son Perrin. His daughters also each receive two good sheep or the value in money for the sheep.
