of Chelmsford; wounded Bunker Hill; d. in prison at BostonBenjamin, Capt, wounded at Charlestown, carried captive to Boston, died in prison of sickness, in ye latter end of August, 1775. C.R.1.
His death is recorded as August 15 in the diary of prisoner Peter Edes
