Eldest beloved son Zelah Holt receives 20 pounds, second son Jesse receives thirteen pounds, and third son Lemuel receives seventeen pounds. Daughters Mary and Bridget each receives eight pounds. The personal estate is also to be sold except the books will be divided among the five children. The proceeds from the sale of his shoemaker and carpenter tools is to be divided among his sons. His brother Brazillai Holt of Lancaster was named executor. The value of the farm was 217.5.11 and the total estate value was 236.1.9.
