New Hampshire. Probate Court (Hillsborough County); Probate Place: Hillsborough, New Hampshire, Probate Records, Vol 75-78, 1861-1877, will of Luther Hutchinson, pp 17-18Luther Hutchinson wrote his will 28 January 1859 and it was proved 27 September 1861. Beloved wife Betsey is to have use of all the household furnishings and the interest on the money in-hand and all of the railroad stock as long as she remains a widow. Son Elbridge Hutchinson receives one dollar which with what he has already received constitutes his full share. Daughter Cassandra H. Hopkins receives all the household furniture, one-third of the money and one-third of the railroad stock. Son Gerry Hutchinson receives one-third of the money and one-third of the railroad stock. Son Evelyn Milton Hurchinson receives the final third of the money and stock. The legacies are to be paid following the decease of Luther and Betsey or Betsey ceasing to be a widow. Any reside of the estate goes to Evelyn Milton who is also named executor.
