Will
Thomas appears to have married a woman named Polly after Sukey died.In his will written 16 September 1831, Thomas Farley leaves to beloved wife Polly Farley all the household goods and furniture that she brought to the marriage. Polly also has use of a room in the house and of the kitchen and scullery as long as she remains a widow. He bequeaths to daughters Polly Farley and Anna Farley each two hundred and the use of chambers in the house. Wife Polly and daughters Polly and Anna will share a section of the house. Youngest son Thomas Abbot Farley receives $120. Eldest son Asa Farley receives all the remainder of the estate and is named executor. Asa is charged with providing for the needs of his mother (his step-mother) and a specific list of provisions is provided.
