Probate

Administration of the estate granted to Mark Symonds. There is a noncupative will. The children are to choose their guardians. Humphrey Rayner and Thomas Mighill were chosen guardians by the children. The children (these seem to be just the minor children) receiving payments are George, Nehemiah, and Thomas, Jr. At another place, Thomas, Sr. testifies that brother George is satisfied with his payment from the estate. So there are four children: Thomas, Sr., George, Nehemiah, and Thomas, Jr.
