Case number 23900Lieutenant John Robinson did not leave a will and his estate entered probate 3 June 1807. Widow Sarah Robinson requested that Isaac Parker be administrator. In January 1810, Jonathan Tyler, guardian of Dolly Robinson, signed that he has received $454.62 from Isaac Parker. On 14 February 1810, Sarah Robinson signed that she received $1393.87 as her dower portion. Daniel Robinson signed in February 1810 that he received his portion of $454. Daughter Sally Robinson received $454 for her portion. Dean Robinson received $162.62 for his portion and mother Sarah also received $302 as part of son Dean's portion. Sarah also signed she received $464.72 for her son John's portion. Dolly Wilson and spouse Joshua sign in 1813 that they have received from Jonathan Tyler, who was her guardian during her minority, the sum of $542. Dean, age 19, made the choice of his mother as his guardian and mother was appointed guardian of John. Dolly made choice of Jonathan Tyler as her guardian.
