Will
New Hampshire. Probate Court (Merrimack County); Probate Place: Merrimack, New Hampshire, volume 34, pp 112-113, will of Moses TylerIn his will written 29 May 1857, has as his first request that his daughter Sarah Buswell and her husband Aaron W. Buswell have a comfortable support and maintenance during their natural lives. Daughter Nancy Childs receives fifty dollars. Granddaughters Caroline W. Perkins and Jane E. Warner each receive five dollars. His granddaughters Clara Ann Buswell, Helen L. Buswell, and Sarah J.P. Buswell each receive fifty dollars. Grandson George R. Buswell receives fifty dollars. And the residue of the estate after meeting the provision of the will for Sarah and Aaron Buswell and George Buswell, is bequeathed to grandson Edward L. Buswell. The exception to this is land he hold in Bethlehem in Grafton County which he plans to dispose of as he seems advisable. Edward Buswell is also named executor.
