The real estate, a fifty-acre homestead farm,was valued at $1,800 and personal estate was valued at $150.13. Debts of the estate were $1,808.94. On 11 October 1842, Phebe Russell petitioned to receive$50 from the estate for her support. The administrator petitioned to sell the real estate and those signing their agreement as all the interested parties in the estate are Cyrus P. Simonds and Mary Ann Simonds, William S. Bennett and Susan E. Bennett, and Loring Emerson and Tryphena P. Emerson.
