Probate Court (Merrimack County); Probate Place: Merrimack, New Hampshire, volume 8, p 625, accessed through ancestry.comIn her will dated 15 March 1839, Rhoda Abbott Johnson bequeaths to John Johnson the homestead farm. Son John also receives all the household furniture. Her five daughters receive all her clothing to divide equally: Eleanor Johnson; Rhoda Abbot wife of Timothy Abbot; Hannah Eastman wife of Ezekiel Eastman; Sarah C. Johnson; and Ruth Johnson. Any residue of the estate goes to son John Johnson. Son Reuben Johnson is named executor.
