In his will written 27 July 1813 (proved 9 September 1819), Jeremiah Morgan left to wife Elizabeth Morgan one-third part of the proceeds of all his real estate in Pembroke, the proceeds to be delivered to her annually by the executor for the remainder of her natural life. Son Jeremiah Morgan reviews the remainder of the real and personal estate and one-third of the wearing apparel and is also named executor. The remainder of the bequests are to be paid by the executor. Son David Morgan receives thirty dollars and one-third part of the wearing apparel. Son William also receives thirty dollars and one-third of the apparel. Daughter Elizabeth Mann, daughter Priscilla Johnson, and daughter Sally Holt each receive thirty dollars
