He is not the Jonathan Frye that married Sarah Peabody. That marriage took place in 1753 when Jonathan was 11 years old. In addition, the Sarah Peabody daughter of Moses who did marry a Jonathan Frye was born in 1729 so rules her out as a possible mother for this family as the last child was born in 1786.
