Probate
Benjamin Clement wrote his will 8 July 1847. Daughter Mary B. Jones receives two undivided third parts of 30 acres of land and buildings in North parish of Haverhill where Benjamin currently lives. Daughter Abigail Clement receives one undivided third part of the same property. All the remainder of the estate is divided by thirds, one-third to Mary B. Jones, one-third to Abigail Clement, and one-third (one-sixth each) to grandsons Benjamin C. Marsh and Daniel M.
