In his will, David Webster bequeaths to his beloved wife Sarah the income from his property for her natural life plus $1,000 to be paid to her by the executor. He leaves the homestead farm to his nephew Jonathan Webster, the son of his brother Jonathan. Nephew Jonathan also receives the blacksmith shop. He also has a bequest to David Webster Blunt who is the son of John Blunt. He has a bequest to Nathan Harriman who has lived with him for several years. He also has bequests to David Webster the son of his brother Enos Webster, Nathan Webster the son of brother Nathan Webster, Nathan Webster the son of brother Joshua Webster, Joseph Webster the son of brother-in-law Nathaniel Webster, and to Enoch Webster the son of Caleb Webster. He also has a bequest to Sarah Webster wife of Isaiah Webster and daughter of Ezra Carter; she is to receive one-half of the farm that be bought of Ebenezer Merrill. Isaiah Webster is the son of his brother Stephen Webster. The full probate record runs 280+ pages.
