Case number 39758 -- will written 5 June 1830The probate record includes a statement signed by sons John, Joshua, Aaron, and Thomas. At the time the will was written wife Martha was still living (John and Martha died the same week). Daughter Hannah Prescott is mentioned in the will although she died in December 1841 between the time the will was written and probated. There are also bequests to his grandchildren.
The personal estate was valued at $2,561.64 and real estate at $10 (for the pew in the meeting house).
