Will
New Hampshire. Probate Court (Hillsborough County); Probate Place: Hillsborough, New Hampshire, volume 26, pp 514-515In his will, Archelaus Towne makes the following bequests. Beloved Esther is to receive use of one-third of the real property and the use of one cow and one horse as long as she remains a widow. All the the lands will go to son Ebenezer with certain provisions including that Ebenezer make the listed cash payments to his six sisters. The six daughters are Lucy, Esther, Patty, Polly, Harriet, and Mehitable.
