Probate Court (Rockingham County); Probate Place: Rockingham, New Hampshire, Estate Papers, No 11738-11805, 1829, Case 11802Jesse Mills petitions the Court noting that it more than a year since the decease of Peter and that the widow and heirs have not assumed administration of the estate. Jesse Mills is the main creditor of the estate.
