William Fiske
(18 Mar 1618 - 26 Sep 1654)
William was the son of John Fiske and Ann Lantersee. Following the death of his father in 1633, he emigrated to America in 1637 along with his mother and brother, the Reverend John Fiske. His mother died on the voyage. William first settled at Salem where he received a grant of land. After marrying Bridget Muskett, he relocated to Wenham and was admitted a freeman in 1643. He was chosen as the first town clerk of Wenham in 1644. He was also elected representative from Wenham to the General Court of the Commonwealth from 1647 to 1652.
