Thomas Palmer and his wife Ann Palmer were first settlers of Rowley. He received acreage in the first land division in Rowley in 1643. He was already a freeman.
To Thomas Palmer, one lott containinge an acree and a halfe, bounded on the south side by Jobn Burbank's house lott, part of it lyinge on the west side, and
part of it on the east side of the streete.
