In his will dated 13 April 1858, he made bequests to his sister Joanna Rogers and brothers Ezekiel, William, and Nathan Osgood. He made provisions for the support of his beloved wife Eliza S. Osgood. After the decease of his wife, the estate is to be for the use of his sister Joanna Rogers, and after her decease to religious organizations.1
