On 20 January 1824, Ephraim F. Barker of Greenwich, for payment of one hundred and fifty-six dollars, purchased 125 acres in Greenwich from Jehiel Mead, Jr. of Greenwich, Connecticut. On 20 March 1824, Ephraim F. Barker of Huron County, Ohio purchased 19 ½ acres in section three, township twenty-one from Taber Wright for sixty dollars. On 10 May 1824, Ephraim F. Foster of Greenwich sold a tract in section three, township twenty-one to Robert Golding for two hundred and fifty dollars.1one Huron County, Ohio deed index – 4:357
