On 29 May 1798, Dudly Hardy and his wife Dorcas were of Dunbarton when they conveyed to Nathaniel Hardy of Bradford, Massachusetts two acres in Dunbarton with a dwelling house and currier shop for seven hundred dollars.1One deed Hillsborough 49:380

On 15 December 1812, Dudley Hardy of Pelham with wife Dorcas joined Solomon Hardy yeoman and Manly Hardy physician in the sale of property to Daniel Hardy. On 6 April 1813, Dudley Hardy yeoman of Pelham, for payment of $275, purchased a tract of land with buildings from William Hardy 2nd trader of Pelham.1

On 13 March 1818, Dudley Hardy of Pelham conveyed one undivided half of the property on which he lived to Dudley Hardy. Jr. for payment of two hundred dollars. On the same date, for natural love and affection, Dudley conveyed to Dudley, Jr. one undivided half of the property reserving to himself and his beloved wife Dorcas the right to occupy the property during their natural lives. The transaction also included the carpentry and joiner tolls, reserving to himself use of the tools. On 29 January 1819, Duley. Jr. sold this property to Dudley one undivided half of the property for $74.76. On 20 December 1819, Dudley Hardy gentleman and Dudley Hardy, Jr. yeoman of Pelham, in consideration of one hundred dollars, conveyed to Daniel Hardy gentleman of Pelham half of a 5-acre tract in Pelham with buildings.1
