Sons Isaac B. Elliott and Lewis W. Elliott receive theremainder of the estate with the following trusts. They are to pay to belovedwife Sarah the annual income, profits, and rents from the estate during hernatural life. At the decease of Sarah, the trustees are to pay the income andprofits with one-sixth part to son Isaac and one-sixth part to Lewis. One-sixthpart is to remain in trust for the maintenance and support of son Franklin. One-sixthpart is to be held in trust for daughter Eliza which is to be entirely exemptedfrom any control or interference of any husband she may hereafter marry. The sixthpart for daughter Caroline is also to be in trust for her own use withoutinterference from any husband she may marry. One-sixth part is to be held intrust for the education of granddaughter Ellen E. Wheeler.
