Property
On 17 March 1798, David Cumings and his wife Phebe were of Nottingham West when they sold property in Pelham (similarly described as the property Phebe received in the distribution from her father’s estate) to John Wyman the 3rd of Pelham for payment of one hundred dollars. On 5 April 1805, David and Phebe Cumings were of Nottingham West when they sold 15 acres of pasture and woodland in Pelham to John Caller for payment of $223.12.1Two deeds to look at – 183:433, 181:170 – these are Rockingham County
183:433 – 1798 – David and Phebe sell to John Wyman; the deed just before is Jesse Wyman selling to John Wyman – this appears to be the same lot that Phebe received in the estate distribution from her father’s estate
