Caledonia probate – 4:15 – this has to do with Michell Davis acting as guardian to Hartshorn children – child of Aaron Hartshorn and Zerviah Blunt I think

Property
On 27 August 1793, Mitchel Davis, gentleman of Tewksbury, for payment of £370, purchased from Ebenezer and Hannah Sawyer of Dracut property in Danville, Vermont, being lot number 43 in the grand division of lots. The property included a dwelling house, barn, sawmill, and gristmill.1On 16 October 1805, Mitchel Davis purchased lots of land in Danville that had been taken for unpaid taxes, Mitchel paying $9.65 for the properties, the properties totaling 65 acres. On 16 June 1808 purchased additional properties in a tax sale for one dollar and fourteen cents. Mitchel sold these latter properties to Aaron Porter for one dollar. Mitchel made another purchase of tax-seized property in 1809. He sold other parts of this property to Moses Davis of Hanover, New Hampshire (likely his brother Moses) for one dollar.2
On 8 November 1803, Mitchel Davis sold property with a mill and water privileges to John Morrill and Ebenezer Morrill for four hundred dollars. On 4 November 1807, Mitchel Davis, in consideration of six hundred and fifty dollars, conveyed to Salma Davis a 53-acre parcel in Danville. On 19 April 1817, Mitchel Davis, in consideration of $450, conveyed to Moses Davis of Norwich, Vermont (likely his brother) 81 acres in Danville.3
Danville, Vermont deed index – 1:337, 2:50, 3:448, 4:79, 4:438, 4:443 (Mitchell to Salma), 4:533, 4:535 (Michell to Moses), 4:532, 4:675, 5:414, 5:927 (Moses to Salma), 5:943 (Mitchell et al.), 6:83 (Mitchell to Moses), 5:720 – the Moses does not seem to be a son? He is supposed to have a brother Moses – but the census records suggest a second son maybe – but the deeds are clearly to a Moses not his son

5:943 – Mitchel and a bunch of others that must be someone’s estate settlement but not sure whose – seems to be Blanchards – the Sophia, Sarah, and Rebecca are Blanchards by birth – can’t imagine what Mitchel has to do with this – heirs of Peter Blanchard (the one who married Sarah Chandler and who died at Danville in 1810)
