John Dudley did not leavea will and widow Molly Dudley was named administratrix on 7 November 1786. Atinventory on 5 June 1787, real estate of 89 acres was valued at £350 and personalestate was £142.11.3. At the time of distribution on 3 December 1790, realestate in four parcels totaling 98 acres with buildings was appraised at £300.The dower thirds were set to the widow Molly Dudley during her natural life.The other two-thirds were judged suitable to make only one small farm, and itwas set the real estate to eldest son John Dudley. Son John Dudley was to malepayment to the other heirs (not named).
