On 21 May 1770, James Carlton (likely Molly’s uncle James) cooper of Andover with his wife Elizabeth, in consideration of £50, conveyed to Josiah Long keel-maker of Andover one acre of land with a dwelling house in Andover. On 13 August 1774, Josiah and Molly Long sold their land parcel with dwelling house to John Clark for payment of £40.1133:186
