Nichols declining administration and requesting that Stephen Barker be named administrator. Heirs-at-law identified were brothers Jesse Morse and Jacob Morse, sisters Experience Nichols, Sarah Alger, Lydia Pratt, and Hannah Barker, and the heirs of brother Daniel Morse deceased.
