Will
The will of Jacob Abbott was dated 8 September 1772 and probated 21 June 1773. His widow Marcy is executor. He willed her one-third of his estate, and the balance was divided between his children as follows: daughter Percis,one-seventh ; and to his three sons, Daniel, Amos, and Eliab, two-sevenths
each. Guardianship of his four minor children was granted to Isaac and Mary Marshall, of Amherst, 1 May 1781.
