On 5 March 1802, Jonathan Poor was of Pleasant Mountain Gore in York County when he purchased lot number one in the first range east containing one hundred acres in Flintstown (later Sebago) from Jonas Fairbanks of Lancaster, Massachusetts for payment of two hundred and fifty dollars (this purchase by mortgage). On 9 December 1805, Jonathan sold fifty acres of this lot (the location then called Baldwin) to Tyler Porter of Pleasant Mountain Gore for one hundred and fifty dollars.56:118, 37:361, 56:119
On 10 December 1817, Jonathan sold one-half of his homestead farm in Baldwin to Benjamin Porter of Boxford for $432.41.

On 9 June 1838 in a deed witnessed by Jonathan D.Poor and Leander Poor, Tyler P. Poor of Sebago multiple parcels in Sebago to Jonathan Poor for payment of four hundred dollars.

On 22 February 1840, Jonathan Poor and his wife Ruth Poor of Sebago mortgaged fifty acres of their property to Benjamin Porter of Sebago for seven hundred and sixty dollars.
