The estate of James Currier entered probate 25 September 1813 with Philip Greeley as administrator as widow Elizabeth declined this task. Real estate of 60 acres of land in Warner was valued at $100 and personal estate was $347.55. Claims against the estate were $448.00. The valueof the estate was not sufficient to pay the debts. On 26 October 1813, widow Elizabeth petitioned for allowance of personal property from the estate.
