Henry Holt was the eldest son (according todeeds) of Henry Holt and Martha Marston. In 1742, Henry Holt of Andoverconveyed 15 acres of falls meadow to his eldest son Henry Jr., conveyed all the40-acre homestead farm to Henry, Jr. on 31 May 1749, and in September 1749 conveyedadditional property (swamp land of about 10 acres) to son Henry, Jr. whichadjoined property that Henry had conveyed to his son Ephraim Holt.[1][1]Massachusetts Land Records, Essex County, 93:188, 94:214, 95:34
