John Carl Lilly
(Jan 1844 - 23 May 1907)
Mr. Lilly served through the civil war as a Confederate soldier. He came to Montana early after the close of the civil war. He lived for many years at Fort Benton, moving from there to Barker 25 years before his death. For 10 years he was postmaster of Barker.
