| Death cause | Sarah Day Gunn Kellogg and her youngest son, Joseph Kellogg, were killed by Indians in Hatfield, Hampshire, Massachusetts, during the Hatfield Raid. After a year of peace, at about sunset, Indians attacked the village burning most of the buildings, killed twelve, and seventeen were taken captive and taken into Canada, 200 hundred miles away. |
