Carl Reisinger, 46, a former Hudson resident, died Friday, December 4, at Miller hospital, St. Paul, after a month's illness.
A resident of River Falls, Reisinger entered the city hospital there on November 9, and on November 14 was taken to Miller hospital in St. Paul for surgery.
Carl Reisinger was born February 23, 1913 in St. Paulbaker, the son of Charles and Anna (Flaspeter) Reisinger.
He attended grade school in Kimberly, Minnesota and was graduated from high school at Atkin, Minnesota in 1930. In 1932 he moved to Hudson.
He was married to Miss Louise Richie of North Hudson October 25, 1937 at Bancroft, Iowa.
Mr. and Mrs. Reisinger lived in North Hudson from 1940 to 1957, when they moved to River Falls to make their home.
For one year Mr. Reisinger was employed at the Omaha Car shops in North Hudson, and for the past 18 years he has worked for American Hoist and Derrick company, in St. Paul.
He was a member of the Hudson Knights of Columbus until he moved to River Falls, and at his death he was a member of the St. Bridget's Holy Name Society.
Surviving aare his wife, Louise; two sons, Charles and David; a daughter, Mrs. Clarence John Stayberg (Rose Marie) of Hudson; a granddaughter, Jacquelie; and his mother, Mrs. Anna Reisinger.
Funeral services were at Davis-McLaughlin Funeral home in River Falls, Monday at 9 a.m., and at St. Bridget's Catholic church in River Falls, 9:30 a.m., with interment in St. Patrick's cemetery at Hudson. Father Richard Burzynski officiated.
