Peter Ryan, husband of the former Agnes Casanova of Hudson, died on Wednesday morning, May 22, at his home in New Richmond after an illness of several weeks. Funeral services were held Friday morning, May 24, from the Church of the Immaculate Conception at New Richmond, with interment in the Catholic cemetery in Hudson.
Mr. Ryan, the sone of the late Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Ryan, was born in the Town of Stantion 55 years ago. He received his education in the New Richmond schools and was engaged in the insurance business in New Richmond for many years. He was married to Agnes Casanova in Hudson seven years ago.
Besides his wife, he is survived by four brothers, Thomas of Minneapolis; Andy of Buffalo, New York; John of Menomonie; Arthur of Cheyenne, Wyoming; and four sisters, Mrs. Loretta Jung, St. Paul; Mrs. Francis Whalen of Chicago; Mrs. Elizabeth Lowe and Mrs. John Finnegan of New Richmond.
