Richard D. Hennessey, 79, of Mahtomedi, Minnesota, died Saturday, November 15, at the Rose of Sharon Nursing Home in Roseville.
He was born in Hudson June 16, 1924, the son of Arthur and Natalie Carolyn (Axt) Hennessey.
During his workig years, he was employed by the Great Northern Railroad.
Precedng him in death, besides his parents, was a brother George.
Survivors are his six children, Richard J. "Butch" (Barbara Schifky) Hennessey, Barbra (Thomas) Clark, Debbie (Bill) Ramsey, Michael (Ada) Hennessey, John (Claire) Hennessey and Glenn Hennessey; their mother, Hazel Hennessey; nine grandchildren; five great grandchildren and three sisters, Patricia (Jim) Bibeau, Karen (Jerry) Smith and Carol (David) Basher.
