Roger Ivan Defenbaugh, 89, of Bloomington, Minn., and formerly of Hudson, died Feb. 18.
He was born March 25, 106, in Hudson, the son of John W. and Jessie (Palms) Defenbaugh. He attended elementary school and graduated from Hudson High School in 1924. He continued his education for four years at the Minneapolis School of Art.
He was employed at the Buckbee Mears Co. for 27 years. In 1957 he became a free-lance advertising and puctorial artist, owning his own studio until his retirement Oct. 1 of last year.
On Feb. 24, 1962, he was married to Alice Mae Bergman at the First Evangelical Free Church in St. Paul.
Burial was in Willow River Cemetery.
