I married Josephine, on September 19, 1942. I have five step-children and four
of my own. Leroy, Lorraine, Arlene, Wallace and August Gruim. Charley,
Jerry, Larry and James Spracklin.

We have forty grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren.

I was called from non-service work to welding at Glena to serve as
war-connected employment for two years (1942-1944). I worked as a public
accountant for many years.

I am retired and work as a handy man. My physical condition keeps me from
hunting and fishing.
