"Dave Broughton, a brother of Lou Broughton of the Powder River Stage Line, died at his ranch near Stacy last evening. Deceased was about 50 years old and came here from Minnesota about five years ago. He was a married man."

In the District Court of the Seventh Judicial District of the State of Montana, in and for the County of Custer.
In the matter of the estate of David J. Broughton, deceased.
Pursuiant to an order of the said court, made on the 15th day of July, 1901, notice is hereby given that Friday, the 26th day of July, 1901, at 10 o'clock A.M. of said day, at the court house in Miles City, in the said County of Custer, has been appointed as the time and place for proving the will of said David J. Broughton, deceased and for hearing the application of Marietta J. Broughton for the issuance to her of letters testamentary, when and where any person interested may appear and contest the same.
