Enos was found dead at his camp in the Pecolson Swamp,Kirby, Dillon Co. SC. Death certificate #14309 indicates he was buried at the Berry Grave Yard near Oak Grove SC. There is a footstone marked EJT in the Tart Cemetery near the monument for Thomas Enos Tart and Hester Ann Hayes Tart.
