CARROLL, DANIELL, Prince George's County, gentleman, 10 Jul, 1745; 22 May, 1751To wife Eleanore Carroll, during life, my lands contigious to the turn of Marlboro, except what Is hereinafter excepted, and at her decease, to son Daniell Carroll. Wife to have lands near Charles Branch, In Prince George's County, called Town Quarter, and at her: decease, to sd. son Daniel Carroll.
Whereas a mortgage was made by me by Thomas Butler of a tract called "Joseph Park" which is not paid or satisfied; therefore, give to sons Daniel and John Carroll, interest In sd. mortgaged land.
To sd. sons Daniel and John, tract "Partnership," 10000 A., and another tract called "John and Ann" 500 as in Prince George's Co.
To son John, the lot In Marlboro, where the dwelling house of Mary Townly now stands, and several lots which are In sd. town,
bet. Mary Townley's and the Common Landing Place of sd. town, and the little piece of meadow ground near ad. landing places
To dau. Anne Carroll, land called "Mistake,, 1,300 A.
To wife, 1/3 of all lands during her life; wife also to have 1/3 of personal estate.
Friends: Henry and John Darnall, Charles Carroll, Clement Hill and Ignatius Diggs, to settle any disputes about land.
