To son Marcus, now residing in Island of Barbadoes, 500 A "The Expectation", being a tract lately escheated for want of hrs, of Rich'd Randall, and bought from Lord Baltimore; also real estate in Barbadoes formerly belonging to dec'd father.
To son Randolph ex. And hrs, 200 A, "Hammersmith" on Potamac R.
To 2nd dau Mary, wife of James Lattimore, and their hrs, 2 tracts, 1 of 85 A. bought from Mary Meycocke and 110 A. "Butney."
To dau Margaret, wife of Francis Hammersley, and hrs, 1 island "Barbadoes" nr. Falls of Potomac R, 175 A
To son Charles and hrs,, 1/2 of dwelling plantation, "Ashar, " 450 A one. side of Pickiawaxen Ck, lately leased by Peter Carr, and 1/2 of "Greenwigh."
To son Jacob and hrs, 1/2 of "Ashar" afsd, and residue of "Greenwigh,"
In event of death of any or all afsd. child. without issue, lands to pass to male hrs of testator in natural path of succession; in event of death of Charles and Jacob without hrs, their part to pass to hrs of son Joseph Bullett and son James Lattemore afsd.
To Susanna and Ann Skeenes, personalty.
Testator desires son Charles and Jacob brought up in the Roman Catholic faith.
